Jeremy West, Organist and Pianist
Jeremy is originally from Dothan, Alabama, and joined the staff of First Baptist Church in 2008. He is a graduate student in piano performance at the University of Kansas where he recently completed his Master of Music. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Jeremy is an active freelance performer, composer, and arranger. He studies composition with renowned composer Mark Hayes, and has written a number of instrumental and choral works. In his limited free time, Jeremy enjoys traveling, photography, reading good books, writing music, spending time at the lake and with friends, and walking his Sheltie, Skye.
